Dallas Cowboy Comparisons: Dez Bryant & Chris Brown, Plus More

photos: VL Sporty Sexy Cool.com & Uptown Magazine.com
I have consistently watched sports media use statistics in an accurate manner, but then there are times when it is used for bias purposes. After the Lions vs. Cowboys game most sports analysts and commentators compared Megatron Calvin Johnson to Dez Bryant. The stats were shown where
Megatron had 329 yards receiving and Dez had only 72.

A great deal of the sports show talked about how Dez is not in the same category as Megatron. What I also noticed is the bias that some of the announcers used. People need to understand that when certain athletes do not like other athletes for whatever reason, comparisons will be unfair.

At this point in time, Dez Bryant is the equivalent to R&B singer Chris Brown.

Dallas Cowboys: Passionately Outcoached Again vs. the Lions

Where do we begin…
photo: Sports Grid.com

The Dallas Cowboys have been outcoached time and time again in the past, but the outcoaching has reared its ugly head once more. The Boys normally find a way to lose with Tony Romo making a bad throw at the end or poor clock management. You can’t blame this one on Romo.

I truly believe that Cowboys have two major issues that have been brewing for the last five or six years. These two issues are (1) the passion of the players and (2) the head coach.

Dallas Cowboys and Brandon Carr Not Handling Weekly Preparations Well

photo: ESPN.com
For some reason the Dallas Cowboys cannot seam to understand how to handle weekly preparations. In week 1 the Cowboys prepared for the Giants and played a high scoring game and came out victorious. In week 2 the Boys played the Chiefs and lost a close game. They returned home prepared for the Rams and won 31-7.

We thought the Boys were humbled after the Rams win, but the following week Dallas went west and blew a 21 to 10 halftime lead in a loss to the Chargers. Then here comes Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. We all know what happened there.

Tony Romo vs. Denver Broncos: Oh No…Not Again?

If you watched the closing minutes of the Denver Broncos vs. Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday

October 6, 2013, you were probably surprised like many. The Cowboys were down 28 to 20 at the half. Then the Broncos received the ball first in the second half. What did they do…they drove the ball right down the field and took a 35 to 20 lead over the Cowboys.

As most of the viewing audience figured, there was no way the Cowboys would have a chance. Well, apparently they did. Romo turned up the heat with a deep 82-yard bomb to the rookie from Baylor, Terrance Williams. Romo then hit Dez Bryant for 2 yard TD in to finish the third quarter. When the fourth quarter opened, Romo tossed 10 yard TD pass to tight end Jason Whitten then followed up with a short 4 yard pass to wide receiver Cole Beasley.

Then it happened...
